McPherson College seeks dynamic and innovative candidates for the position of Enrollment Reporting and Data Manager. This is a full time, exempt, 12-month position eligible for the college’s full employee benefits plan. This position reports to the Executive Vice President.

The Enrollment Reporting and Data Manager supports the mission of McPherson College by leading the development, design, integration and implementation of all quantitative data reporting and analysis functions across the Executive Vice President’s (EVP) portfolio of responsibilities. These areas include Enrollment Management, Financial Aid, Academic Advising, Career and Experiential Learning, Student Affairs and the College’s Community by Design 2.0 Strategic Plan. The position will also build and integrate data and reporting in all platforms at the College. This reporting will support strategic and tactical decision-making across these functions and across the institution. This position will also integrate data between the EVP areas and the CFO/Financial Administration functions, connecting enrollment and net revenue data for reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years of progressive experience in building reporting tools in an enrollment, sales or marketing environment. Ideal candidates will have 3 or more years of report building or business analysis experience in a for-profit or corporate setting.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree.

The work schedule may include an occasional evenings or weekends.
